Who sees my hours, skills, and progress?

Any administrator and any supervisor in your company can see your progress. Only assigned supervisors can manage your hours or skills, and only primary supervisors are notified to approve. If you have multiple assigned supervisors, you'll be able to see them from the Supervisors spot in your dashboard:
