First, make sure your OJT hours and and courses are complete! (Check your OJT timecards and Courses sections).

Ask either your supervisor or your apprenticeship program administrator to update your status in the system. You'll continue to receive notifications until they've updated your status.

We don't automatically stop prompting for your hours when you reach 100% as the final word on the apprenticeship rests on the apprenticeship program.
