Green, light green, and red charts for your progress are merely a tool to better understanding where you are and what you (and your supervisor) need to focus on.
Hours Based Apprenticeship
Dark green hours are all hours that have been submitted and approved by your supervisor.
Light green hours have been submitted but are awaiting approval by your supervisor. If it's been a while, feel free to bring it up in-person. We've already sent them a reminder or two at this point.
Red hours are where you would be if you were keeping exactly with the pace expected from your start/end dates and your requirements. If you see red on your total hours, it either means you are a bit behind the expected timeline or we need to update your start/end dates. If you see red on your requirements, you may simply not be focusing on that skill yet. Work with your supervisor to make sure you balance out and chip away at the red where you can. If you want more info, you can read how you can best make use of our charts.
Competency Based Apprenticeship
Dark green are skills that have marked as completed by your supervisor.
