When do I approve OJT hours?

You'll be notified each time an apprentice submits hours for approval. If you have more than one time card or evaluation awaiting approval, we'll let you know.

Outside of that, you can login to approve hours or evaluations anytime. We'll typically only send you a reminder or two. If you miss then, it's up to you to remember to review your apprentices' hours that require approval.
