While WorkHands typically invites the first admins, once you're set up, you can invite admins directly to the program on your own.
First, navigate to the Admins tab.
A list of all current admins will appear.
Click the orange + button.
A pop up menu will appear, where you can fill out their contact information and role. They'll receive an invite to the application with all of the same access that you currently have.
When you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a toggle button that says Do Not Invite. Once clicked, it will allow you to enter the administrator in the system but not invite them. This allows you to invite them at a later date. If you're ok with inviting them now, click Save. If you don't want to invite them right away, check the Do not invite box and click on Save.
