How can I make an evaluation to be initially filled out by an Instructor?

Some programs require instructors to initially fill out evaluations before they can be approved by a supervisor.  To do so, the program admin needs to change who the evaluation is initiated by.

1. Navigate to the Occupations tile.

2. Select your desired occupation.

3. Go to Evaluations.

4. Select your desired evaluation.

5. Scroll down to Submitted by and change to Instructor.

6. Select Save.

Going forward, any instructors who are assigned to apprentices will be required to fill out evaluations.
