How do I change the frequency of an evaluation?

You can change the frequency of which apprentices will get evaluations.

1. Go to Occupations in the left hand sidebar.

2. Click on the occupation whose evaluation you'd like the frequency to change.

3. Select Evaluations.

4. Select the evaluation.

5. Find the Frequency filter and change to either: On demand, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Biannually, Every 6 months, At the start and end of each semester, Once on create.

6. Select Save.
