How do I add Multiple Courses under a Related Instruction Requirement?

As an admin you can add more than one course to a Related Instruction Requirement, if necessary.

1. Click on Courses under the APPRENTICESHIP section in the sidebar:
   
   
2. In your list of courses you want to make sure that each course is assigned the correct number of hours.
3. To do this, choose a course.
4. Then Click the blue pencil to edit the course:
5. In the Hours section, add the number of course hours.
6. SAVE.
7. In your course list you will now see the associated number of hours for that course:
8. Repeat this for any/all of your courses.
9. When you go to Assign a course to a related instruction, you will see the "Assign" button available, until the total hours of the courses is equivalent to the total Related Instruction hours.

Note: you will not be able to assign more course hours than are associated with the total Related Instruction hours.
