First go to the Apprentices tab, and select which apprentice you would like to remove a course requirement for.
Once you have selected your apprentice, then select Courses.
Find the course requirement, and click on the name of the requirement, in this case, Advanced Tune-Up and Emission Control:
A pop-up menu will appear. Choose Delete from the menu to remove this requirement for just this apprentice without impacting the occupation's defaults:
