When do I submit my hours?

You're typically notified each month to submit your OJT hours to your time card (some programs do weekly). 

When it's time, you'll receive a notice that it's time to submit your time card.

The system automatically generates an empty time card for you each month to submit your OJT hours. Simply fill it out and submit to your supervisor.
