How do I indicate an apprentice has completed a skill?

If an apprentice completes a skill in their competency list, make sure to mark that skill off in your next review. There are multiple ways to do that: via multiple choice question (select one of the options in the drop down), a text or number question, or a yes/no question toggle (blue=yes, grey=no).

Going forward, this skill should continue to be marked with the completion date indicated next to that particular item in their OJT chart.

You should not have to re-indicate that they've completed that skill in future quarters.
