Choose which WorkHands user to add a role to under PEOPLE.
Then, choose the specific user and click on the blue pencil next to their name.
Navigate to APPRENTICESHIP and update the Status of the current role to either COMPLETED or CANCELED and then SAVE.
Go back in to the Settings/Blue Pencil, and click "add a role" and choose which role you want to add.
Follow the prompts to add new data depending on the role and SAVE.
You will then have the ability to navigate between the Active Role and the Completed or Canceled role.
