There are various issues you can run into while resetting your password. Please see if any of these resolve the problem.
You haven't received a Password Reset Email
- If you haven't received a password reset email you may be using the wrong email to reset. Please make sure to try your school, work, and/or personal email.
- The email might also be in your junk or spam folder so please make sure to check.
- Have you set up your account via your invite email prior to resetting? If you have not signed up for WorkHands before, you must first access the site by signing up via an invite link email. Here's an example of what the invite looks like:
You receive an Error Message when clicking on the link in the email
Your password reset token has expired. Please reset again. - Each reset link only is available for 1 hour for security reasons, and you can't use any old links. Please wait until a new Password Reset email comes in before resetting your password.
When clicking the link in the email, I am redirected to my main dashboard instead
If you have received your reset password email link, and it directs you to your main dashboard instead of a password reset page, you are probably still signed in to WorkHands. Make sure you log out first out of the app or website before resetting your password. Instructions to log out are located here.
I've tried all of the above, but I'm still stuck.
