Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

1. MFA can be set up individually for yourself or if you are an Admin you can request to have it turned on for your entire program. If you would like it turned on for your program, please let WorkHand's know.

2. Navigate to SETTINGS

3. Then, MFA

4. Install an authenticator app on your phone. The logos for the ones listed in the above step look like this:

5. Once you've installed the app, you will be able to Scan the QR Code

6. Enter the One-Time Password shown in the Authenticator app 

7. Click "Enable"

8. To test, log out of your WorkHands Account

9. Enter your Email and Password, then SIGN IN

10. Enter the code from your Authenticator app

11. Click SIGN IN  and you are all set. Each time you log in you will need to make sure to have your Authenticator app handy so you can enter the one time code.
