How do I add an evaluation question?

You can add new questions to existing evaluations if you'd like.

First, after selecting the Occupations tile, select the occupation whose Evaluation you'd like to edit.

Click on Evaluations.

Select the Evaluation you'd like to edit.

Find the section that you'd like to add a question to. Click the + Question button.

A new question template will pop up.

Fill out the new question template including the Question, Sort order, Description, Question type. and check any applicable options.

Once everything looks good, click the Save button on the bottom to save all changes.

Your evaluation will now be updated with the new questions.
