How do I add supporting documentation to a question?

To add supporting documentation to a question, visit the Evaluation inside the Occupation definition. Open the form question and click to upload a file for Documentation:

Save the question and you'll now see View documentation in the file chooser's place.

Now, when an evaluation is created by the system, this same documentation will be available for apprentices and supervisors to see:
