How can I customize questions in an evaluation?

Questions in an Evaluation can be customized for multiple types of questions.

Question types:

Text - For questions that require a few words for an answer

Text Area - For questions that require a longer answer, such as a paragraph.

Yes or No - For questions that simply require the user to answer yes or no.

Number - For questions that require an answer only in numbers.

Date - For questions that require the user to select a date.

Multiple Choice (single selection) - For questions that allow the user to select 1 option from a selection of choices.

Multiple Choice (multiple selection) - For questions. that require the user to select multiple options from a selection of choices.

You also have the option to add a Potential Answer, mark the question as Optional, allow for Additional Comments, or add Documentation.
